A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest after an altercation on Cadiz Road in Christian County Friday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 23-year-old Michael Epperson got into a fight with a man on Cadiz Road due to Epperson dropping off juveniles while possibly being under the influence of alcohol.
Epperson reportedly left the scene before law enforcement arrived and when they attempted to locate him at his apartment he fled on foot before being arrested.
He is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, and resisting arrest, and was found to have a warrant for failure to appear.
