James Rogers, 84, of Cadiz

A Celebration of Life for 84-year-old James LeRoy Rogers of Cadiz will be on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY with Bro. Perry Alexander officiating and military honors.

He was born in Savanna, IL on January 1, 1939, to Lee Wilson Rogers and Dorothy Marie Randecker Rogers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Rogers; sister, June Odell and grandson, Jason Griffis.

He died Wednesday morning, November 1, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.

James LeRoy Rogers was a Retired Engineer from General Electric, a U.S. Army Veteran where he served as a Military Police Officer, a Lions Club member for over 50 years, a member of the American Legion, and a member of the Bethel Methodist Church.
