Beth Thomas Hancock, 78, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 11:54 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Christian County, KY she was born July 4, 1945, the daughter of the late Robb S. Thomas and Mildred Brown Thomas. She was a payroll specialist having worked at Agri-Chem and H&R Agri-Power.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Cleo Hancock; her brothers: Gene Thomas, David Thomas, and Mike Thomas; and her granddaughter: Scarlett Hancock.
Survivors include her sister: Kay Congleton of Evansville, IN; her stepsons: Butch (Jeanne) Hancock and Mark (Tina) Hancock both of Hopkinsville, KY; her granddaughters: Lacy Hancock and Marley Hancock both of Hopkinsville, KY; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Christian County Humane Society.
