Man Charged With Fleeing From Police On Bicycle

A Hopkinsville man was charged after he fled from police on Pardue Lane Monday night.

Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 63-year-old Gregory Williams who was on a bike with no lights on it and he fled before being taken into custody. During the stop, he was found to have warrants for probation violation and two counts of failure to appear.

He was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police and cited for not having lights on his bicycle.
