Jack Lee Buckley, 65, of Hopkinsville

Funeral services for 65-year-old Jack Lee Buckley, of Hopkinsville, will be 1 PM Monday, November 6, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

Burial with full military honors will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.

Visitation will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour.

Survivors include:
Wife of four years, Karen Johnson Buckley, of Hopkinsville;
Sons, Jack “Skeeter” Buckley, Jr., of Michigan, and Coty Hill (Mallory Swift), of Elkton;
Daughters, Janell Harvey, of Indiana, Tamitha Dietch, of Indiana, Tricia Buckley (John Jacobsen), of Hopkinsville, Jacquelyn Buckley, of Arizona, and Katie Dulin (Kevin), of Elkton;
Three brothers, Dan Buckley (Jeanne), of Tennessee, Douglas Buckley (Tracey), of Arizona, and Albert “Byrne” Buckley (Jean), of Indiana;
13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was born on October 15, 1958, in Ward, West Virginia; the son of the late Albert and Elsie Ann Thompson Buckley.

He served for more than 20 years in the US Navy and retired as a police officer from Ft. Campbell.

He was a member of Christian County FOP and Salem Baptist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Howard Buckley; his sister, Margaret Araujo; his son-in-law Joshua Dietch; and his granddaughter, Beverly Dietch.
