Man Charged With Trafficking Drugs In Hopkinsville

A Hopkinsville man was charged with trafficking drugs on Henderson Drive Friday morning.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to the home to locate 27-year-old Joseph Weatherford for probation and parole.

He was reportedly located sitting in a truck and he got out of the truck and placed a bag containing meth in the bed of the truck.

During the investigation, he was reportedly found to have 27 grams of meth and 41 Xanax pills. He was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
