Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville woman injured in a wreck on Country Club Lane near the intersection of Mable Avenue Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say just before 2 a.m. a car driven by 58-year-old Regina Cooper was southbound when she lost control and the car hit a culvert causing the vehicle to overturn coming to a stop on its driver’s side.
Cooper had to be cut from her car before she was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
A pipe commonly used for meth was reportedly found inside of her vehicle but she denied any knowledge of the pipe.
