Born October 21, 1937, in Carterville, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Rosalie (Roland) Lewis.
She was retired after working in manufacturing for many years at Chicago Miniature Lamp and at Elk Brand Manufacturing, and was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church in Hopkinsville. A gracious host, Patricia delighted in the company of friends and family, whether going out to dinner or entertaining at her home, and enjoyed playing Bingo.
