A celebration of life will be held at a later date for 56-year-old Lori Crandall Moss, of Hopkinsville.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Her mother, Sharon Louise Mott Crandall, of Paxton, Illinois;
Significant other, Mike Hoover, of Hopkinsville;
Three sons, Brian David Crandall, of Germantown Hills, Illinois, Joshua Ray Moss, of Loda, Illinois, and Harley Dean Hoover, of Hopkinsville;
Her sister, Linda Jane Kurtz, of Rantoul, Illinois;
And three grandchildren.
The family has chosen cremation.
She was born November 12, 1966, in Woodstock, Illinois, to Crandall and the late David Bruce Crandall, and she worked as a nurse and homemaker.
She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Roni Crandall.
