A woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove Wednesday afternoon.
Oak Grove Police say a northbound truck was turning onto Gate 7 Road from Fort Campbell Boulevard and collided with a southbound car.
The car ran off the road and into a cornfield before coming to a stop.
The driver of the car was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for a head injury.
The crash happened just before 1 p.m.
