A wreck on Pembroke Oak Grove Road in Pembroke sent a woman to a Nashville hospital Tuesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a car was northbound when the driver lost control causing the vehicle to run off the roadway and hit a tree.
A passenger in the vehicle was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that transferred her to a Nashville hospital. The full extent of her injuries was unknown.
The crash happened just after 4:00 p.m. near the intersection of Interstate 24.
