An Iowa man was charged with leaving the scene of an accident after damaging several vehicles at Wildcat Chevrolet in Cadiz Tuesday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says 53-year-old Shane Stukey was identified from surveillance video showing his tractor-trailer hitting three vehicles.
The three vehicles were totaled in the crash and Acree says he was able to find the driver through his trucking company and Stukey claimed he didn’t know he had hit the vehicles.
Stukey returned to Trigg County and was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and first-degree criminal mischief. The crash was investigated by Deputy Jon Pettit.
