Two Hopkinsville men were charged with criminal trespassing in Trigg County Monday night.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says they were called to a farm after employees noticed the men, and found 23-year-old Sorto Hernandez and 39-year-old Jose Castillo. The men allegedly had a .22 caliber rifle along with a handgun and alcoholic beverages in a backpack.
They were both arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.
Acree says he was assisted by Sgt. Robert Schneider, Deputy Ryan Gallogly, and Constable John Oliphant.
