An Oak Grove man was charged after a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville that sent a woman to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an SUV driven by 71-year-old Phyllis Flynn was exiting the Little Caesars parking lot and pulled into the path of a northbound vehicle driven by 29-year-old Shaquan Harris.
Flynn was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries. Harris reportedly fled the area before police arrived and was later located after a witness followed his vehicle and got a picture of his license plate and of him.
Harris was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain required insurance and improper display of registration plates.
The crash happened just before 6 p.m.
