A home on Smith Street in Hopkinsville was severely damaged in a fire Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Firefighters say the fire started with a van parked next to the home and quickly spread to a backroom and the attic.
Everyone inside the home was able to get out uninjured but will be displaced due to the damage.
The American Red Cross was called to help the family.
