Hopkinsville Man Charged In Thursday Road Rage Incident

A Hopkinsville man was charged with assault after he reportedly pulled a gun on a man during a road rage incident on Moseley Drive in Hopkinsville Thursday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say 20-year-old Famarion Harris got upset with another man over passing a vehicle and went to the man’s home and hit the man in the head and neck with a gun. While law enforcement was arresting Harris he reportedly pulled away from officers, would not put his hands behind his back, and stated he was not going to jail.

He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
