A Hopkinsville man was charged with theft after he failed to return a vehicle he borrowed Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 55-year-old Terrance Quarles borrowed a vehicle from a woman and failed to return it then ignored her attempts to contact him.
He was arrested and charged with theft by failure to make the required disposition of property. He was also found to have three warrants for probation violation.
