Christian County Judge Executive Jerry Gilliam shared some county updates with Your News Edge Monday morning.
His first budget as judge recently passed, which will bring a few new developments to Christian County.
He also says the designation for I-69 was finally approved.
Something Gilliam says he wants to push this fall is more strategic planning.
Gilliam adds to expect to see Hometown Hero flags in Christian County in the near future.
He hopes to tentatively get the flags up before Veterans Day of this year.
Gilliam also says he plans to be more active at Ft. Campbell.
Christian County Fiscal Court will meet 8:30 Tuesday morning and offer time for public comment.
