A Hopkinsville man was charged with assault after a fight on Rozelle Avenue Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 30-year-old Cory Carneal got into an altercation with another man and used a razor blade to cut the man above his eye.
The cut reportedly caused the man to have issues being able to see and was very deep.
Carneal was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
