A wreck on US 68 in Todd County killed a Pembroke woman Saturday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck driven by William Mayes, of Elkton, was northbound on Tress Shop Road and failed to stop at the intersection of US 68 and collided with an SUV driven by Grayson Sizemore, of Smith Grove, that was on US 68.
A passenger in the Mayes vehicle, 50-year-old Wendy Buckley, of Pembroke, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Todd County Corner Timmy Wells.
Grayson Sizemore and his passenger Cameron Sizemore were transported by Logan County EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment. Mayes and one of his passengers Courtney Buckley were transported by Todd County EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for serious injuries.
