A man was flown to the hospital after a firework accident on Gleaves Lane in Oak Grove Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Payton Rogers says a firework blew up in a 20-year-old man’s hand severely injuring his hand and fingers.
The man was treated by Hopkinsville EMS before being taken to a waiting helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
