A Todd County man was charged with possession of drugs after a black case was located containing meth in Elkton Saturday.
Elkton Police say someone located a suitcase containing meth while setting up their booth for the 400 Mile Yard Sale.
26-year-old Devin Givens was charged after he reportedly showed up later looking for the black case. He was located in the Five Star gas station parking lot.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
