Hopkinsville Man Charged With Animal Cruelty

A Hopkinsville man was served a warrant charging him with cruelty to animals after a dog was allegedly found with no food or water.

Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Trevor Williams left a German Shepherd tied up to an exterior staircase on Gospel Of Peace Road with no food, water, or shelter on December 16th. The dog was found to be thin and his rib cage was visible. The warrant was taken out on Williams by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office.
