A home on Timber Way Drive in Trigg County was destroyed and two pets were killed in a fire Thursday night.
East Golden Pond Fire Department Chief Ronnie Gray says they were called just after 6 p.m. for a fire in the living room and when they arrived the home was engulfed in flames.
Two dogs were killed in the fire. Gray says no one else was injured.
The cause of the fire was unknown.
