An Oak Grove man was charged after he allegedly fired a shot into an apartment with a child inside Sunday night.
Oak Grove Police say Jocques Williams fired a shot through his apartment wall and into the next apartment that had an adult and a juvenile inside. He then allegedly took the gun and put it in his car before officers arrived. He was located sitting in a closet.
Williams was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief, tampering with physical evidence, and using restricted ammunition during a felony (shot fired no injury).
