Gerald Church, 67, of Hopkinsville, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Deason officiating.
Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the funeral home.
A native of Todd County, he was born October 21, 1955, the son of the late George Church and the late Lois (Davidson) James.
Gerald retired as head miller from Hopkinsville Milling Company. He was of the Baptist faith and a Western Hills Golf Course member.
Survivors include his daughter, Ashley (Philip) Humphries, Hopkinsville, KY, his son, Seth (Kimberly) Dixon, Memphis, TN; his brother, Dale Church, Westmoreland, TN; his sister, Betty Fowler, Elkton, KY; his stepbrother, Tony Deason, Elkton, KY; his stepsisters, Donna Coffman, Elkton, KY, Angie Davis, of Ohio; his grandchildren, Landen Humphries, Kinley Humphries, and Harlan Dixon.
