Barbara Jean Case Greenfield, age 83 of Elkton, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green.
Services will be Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton with Rev. John Ford and Rev. Don Garrett officiating.
Burial will follow in the Todd County Meadow Haven Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home. Services will be live-streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
She was a housewife and a member of Elkton Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Greenfield loved to take care of her family and taking care of her church with whatever was needed was also a special love.
She is preceded in death by her husband John Greenfield in 2016, her parents Ovis and Mary Case, her son Ronnie Greenfield, her brothers Buck, Ovis “Jimup”, Lloyd, and Buford Case, her sisters Lucille Riggs, Millie Holland, Elizabeth Rader, Mamie Utley, Iola Rice, and Janette Case.
She is survived by her sons Kenneth Greenfield and his wife Sue of Elkton; Glenn Greenfield of Cadiz; David Greenfield and his wife Stacy of Elkton; her daughter Norma Sanders and her husband Scott of Clarksville; her daughter in law Regenia Greenfield of Elkton, her brother Delmar Case of Gibson City, Ill.; her sisters Belle and Marie Greenfield both of Elkton, Josephine Dossett and Geraldine Epley both of Sharon Grove, a special caregiver Rebecca Webster.
17 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
