A man was flown to the hospital after his leg was crushed at a factory in Cadiz Wednesday morning.
Trigg County emergency personnel say the man’s leg was crushed in some kind of incident at Wabash on International Drive around 10 am.
The man was flown to a Nashville hospital. The full extent of his injuries was unknown.
