A Christian County man was charged with robbery after an incident involving his child’s mother on Kauai King Drive Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old Devontae Greenwade assaulted his child’s mother and took her phone then fled before law enforcement arrived. He was located hiding in the trunk of his brother’s car with her phone after a traffic stop on Laurel Cove Drive.
Greenwade was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
