Pennyrile Electric Crews are braving the biter cold and extreme wind chills to restore power to customers following outages caused by the winter storm.
Pennyrile Electric Vice-President of Member Services Brent Gilkey says there have been scattered outages across the service area since the storm began to impact the region Thursday night.
