Pennyrile Electric customers are no longer experiencing rolling blackouts after the Tennessee Valley Authority curtailed their power reduction plan implemented due to the extremely cold weather.
After notifying customers of the power conservation measures implemented at the request of TVA Friday morning, Pennyrile Electric Vice-President of Member Services Brent Gilkey says the request from TVA has been updated to voluntary electricity conservation.
