Authorities are investigating after a dog was found with large cuts all over his body on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say the dog had clean cuts on its neck, stomach, face, and genitals consistent with a cut from a blade. A box cutter along with glass was found in the area.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the charge as torture of a dog or cat.
