A Cadiz man was charged with rape and sodomy after an investigation into a relationship with a juvenile Thursday.
Kentucky State Police say a 61-year-old man was charged after a report of a sexual relationship between him and a 16-year-old female that started in June.
He is charged with five counts of third-degree rape and five counts of third-degree sodomy.
Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office and Cadiz Police Department.
