WKDZ, WHVO, AND WPKY have partnered with Pennyrile Allied Community Service (PACS) for Cooling our Communities, a program that brings fans to senior citizens who need cool air in their homes.
The program began June 1, and there is still plenty of time to donate fans or money. Krista Groves of PACS says it’s very important this time of year for people to be able to stay cool in their homes.

PACS will also distribute some fans to their senior centers.
