A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly damaged a vehicle on Lewis Street in Hopkinsville Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Cortez Johnson threw a rock through the window of a vehicle while in an altercation with a woman.
Johnson was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
