Janice Mason Art Museum Dinner On Main Called A Huge Success

The rain held off Saturday night to provide a beautiful evening for the return of the Janice Mason Art Museum’s Dinner on Main fundraiser.

The tables set up on Main Street in downtown Cadiz were filled with Janice Mason Art Museum supporters enjoying fellowship and delicious food. There was also music provided for the event by Wayne Harper and his band.

Art Museum board member Jean Martin says this was the first fundraiser for the museum in over two years, with tickets for the events sold out quickly after plans were unveiled.

Appetizers, dinner, and drinks were provided by Janice Mason Art Museum board members, Taste of the South restaurant, Hancock’s Neighborhood Market, Carla Futtrell, Lake Barkley State Resort Park, The Cadiz Restaurant, and Sunflower Coffee and Treats.

Martin says excitement is already building for the likely return of “Dining With The Dearly Departed” this fall.
