McHenry Street Murder Case Proceeding to June 6 Trial

Trial preparation is continuing and appears on track in a 2019 murder case involving a shooting on McHenry Street in Hopkinsville.

Robert Torian III appeared in Christian County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon with his attorney James Chamberlain. During a March appearance, Torian expressed some frustration to Circuit Judge Andrew Self about the pace of the pre-trial proceedings ahead of his June 6 trial. On Wednesday, Chamberlain told Judge Self their trial preparation will have them ready for next month.

Torian is charged in the August 2019 shooting death of Terrell Moore after an argument inside a vehicle on McHenry Street.
