A Murray woman was charged after she was found in a vehicle at a park in Cadiz Thursday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say 47-year-old Roni Owens was found in a vehicle at West Cadiz Park with uncontrollable body movements.
After a search of her belongings, meth, marijuana, and a glass pipe was reportedly found.
She was arrested and charged with possession of meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
