A Hopkinsville woman was charged with trafficking drugs after a check the welfare request on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 19-year-old Jakiyah Hinton was found in a vehicle with the odor of marijuana coming from it.
After a search of her purse, 10 grams of Fentanyl and 31 grams of cocaine along with a small amount of marijuana were reportedly found.
Hinton was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, trafficking cocaine and Fentanyl. She was also arrested on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting.
