Three Southern Trigg County Roads to be Paved With Grant Help

Three roads in southern Trigg County will be repaired and paved as a result of a grant from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman was in Cadiz Thursday morning to present Judge-executive Hollis Alexander with a $92,000 ceremonial check for the paving of Bluebird Drive, Hickory Drive, and Horseshoe Drive. Alexander said those roads are near Lock-E Road and in dire need of repair.

Coleman applauded the work of local governments in identifying the needs of its citizens in determining the projects that would need funding help.
