A wreck on US 68 in Cadiz sent a man and woman to the hospital Sunday night.
Cadiz Police say a truck was westbound when for an unknown reason it ran off the road and struck a fence near Roger Thomas Road.
The driver and passenger were taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries.
The crash happened just before 8 pm.
