A Pembroke man was arrested on a warrant for theft on South Clay Street in Hopkinsville Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Marshall Austin was seen by neighbors and surveillance video taking a trailer valued at $1,200 from a Hilltop Drive home.
The trailer was located on Hill Haven Drive. Austin is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
