Ice Storm Warning Remains For Western Kentucky

Western Kentucky remains under an Ice Storm Warning until 6:00 Friday morning, with the National Weather Service saying the Pennyrile region could receive over a half-inch of ice accumulation.

During a Wednesday briefing, National Weather Service Warning Coordination Meteorologist Christine Wielgos said Western Kentucky is in line for a significant amount of ice late Thursday and Thursday night.
