Cadiz Woman And Three Other People Injured In Calloway Wreck

A Cadiz woman and three other people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Calloway County Tuesday morning.

The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to the wreck at the intersection of Highway 641 and Pella Way around 6:30 a.m.

According to the report, a preliminary investigation revealed 44-year old Jimmy Cashion of Murray was driving an SUV northbound on Highway 641 and 27-year old Jessi Duncan of Kirksey was southbound on Highway 641 when she turned left on Pella Way failing to yield the right of way to Cashion’s vehicle.

Deputies said Cashion and Duncan, along with 54-year old Forrest Wilkerson of Murray and 26-year old Chelliney Watkins of Cadiz were transported by ambulance to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
