Repair crews from Kentucky Utilities are continuing to make progress in the restoration of electric service to residents of Caldwell County. As of mid-afternoon Thursday, Kentucky Utilities was down to under 20 customers without power in the Beulah Hill Church area, with that power expected to be restored sometime Thursday night.
Other areas covered by Kentucky Utilities still impacted by power outages are along US 62 around the Hopkins County line over into parts of Dawson Springs. Those areas are expected to be restored Friday and Saturday.
