A Trigg County Magistrate will seek a second term on the county governing body, with candidates also filing on Monday for Cadiz City Council and County Surveyor.
Trigg County Clerk Carmen Finley says Alana Baker Dunn filed for the District 5 Magistrate seat. Dunn, who is a Republican, was first elected to that seat in 2018.
Republican Randle Cruse filed for another term as County Surveyor.
And Tim Bridges filed to run for Cadiz City Council in that non-partisan race that will appear on the November 2022 ballot.
