Christian County Fiscal Court District 8 has its first candidate in next spring’s May primary as Republican John Bruce filed his papers to run Wednesday morning.
Bruce served as general manager of the Hoptown Hoppers and is currently the president of the Ohio Valley Baseball League.
He is running for the seat currently held by Democrat Terry Bowman.
