Funeral services for 63-year old Jay Ashley Pugh, of Hopkinsville, will be Friday morning, November 5, at 11:00 at Casky Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church Thursday afternoon, November 4, from 4:00 until 7:00.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
In addition to his mother, Cornelia McCain Pugh of Hopkinsville, his survivors include his wife of 29 years, Cheri Smith Pugh of Hopkinsville; his son Brett Pugh of Hopkinsville; his daughter, Darby Pulley and her husband Josh of Clarksville, TN; his sister, Debra Mitchell and her husband Mike of Camden, TN; and his granddaughter, Parker Pulley.
