A Hopkinsville man was arrested after a high-speed pursuit led to a crash on Interstate 24 in Christian County Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say they attempted to stop Nekoreale Thomas for speeding around the 88-mile marker eastbound when he fled at speeds of 90 miles an hour. The pursuit ended when Thomas crashed his vehicle into the cable barriers at the 90-mile marker.
Thomas was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and more charges are pending. No one was injured in the crash.
