Graveside services for 73-year old Charles “Tony” Cook, of Hopkinsville, will be Wednesday afternoon, October 13, at 2:00 at Peaceful Meadows Cemetery.
Lamb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his son, Raymond Cimbalnik, Evansville, IN; his daughters, Karen Small and Kristina Helfert, both of Evansville, IN; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
